MAD 6AL efficient?

MAD 6AL efficient?
Will the 6al help out with effieciency? Does it really help to completely burn all the fuel? I am probably going to install it and the MSD coil as well. What does it help besides the rev limiter? Thanks!

The stock ignition adequately provides for the needs of a relatively stock setup. With a power adder - nitrous or a blower - it needs some help and the MSD will provide what's required.
The MSD won't do much as a rev limiter, unless you set it below the stock PCM limiter, or have the PCM limiter raised above the limit you want to set in the MSD.

Oh thanks. Motors not stock and we built it with nitrous in mind so I will consider getting one later on. The main thing I am wanting is something to help burn the fuel more completly.
