Machine work required?

I'm building a semi-budget 383 for a 93 camaro and I had a few questions about machine work. I picked up a complete '94 LT1 motor that I'm going to be using the block from. I will be bringing it to the machine shop to have it bored/honed and clearanced for the 3.75" stroke. I'll be buying the balanced rotating assembly from one of the prominent vendors that utilizes the Scat 9000 cast crank and forged rods and pistons. I'm wondering what machine work is really required other than the basic bore and hone?

My goal is going to be about 400RWHP with this setup and I'll be doing all the assembly myself. I am just going to reuse the factory 2-bolt main caps, so I'm not sure if there would be any advantage to line bore the block? I also don't know what other block work would be required or recommended for this application? Any advice on this would be appreciated. I've also included a list of some of the machine shops pricing below and if someone could tell me if these numbers look reasonable it would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Rob

Oh, actually the list of prices was just copied and pasted in. I don't plan on o-ringing. Right now I'm just going to have them boil and install cam bearings and also bore and hone the block. My question is what other block work would be required/recommended above that for a 383 stroker buildup using stock 2-bolt main caps? Obviosly there will be clearancing for the larger stroke, but is line boring, boring with torque plate, etc necessary?

Thanks again,
Rob
