Is it possible to change an oil pump on an m6 car without moving the transmssion or front subframe ? I understand that there are some clearance problems with the bell housing while trying to slide the oil pan out.One of my manuals suggests removing the engine mount bolts and raising the engine about two inches.If anyone has done this before any tips would be appreciated.This is my daily driver and I don't want to start something that I can't finish.
