M E/T streets or H Q/T?

Im fed up with my Nitto DR. I want to be able to drop the clutch and go at the track. I've seen a lot of people run ET streets and Quicktime pros. Which tire should I go with? Also, whats the largest tire that will fit on stock rim size? Thanks

People have preferences, but from what I've seen they are equivalent. The 26x11.5x16" ET Street works nice on a stock rim without hacking up the body. AFAIK, the QTP is not available in a 26x11.5 for a 16" rim. Both are available in a 28x11.5x16", but a 28" tires too tall for a mildly modded car. I used the 26x11.5x16" ET Street last year and got my 60' down to 1.51 seconds.

However, with an M6 and sticky tires, you will probably break your rear end.
