AS&M 58MM on a 93Z??

there is only one listing for an LT1 TB on AS&M's website and it looks just like the one i have, it also says no wire modification is required and uses stock TPS and IAC. the TPS looks fine but it uses a bolt in style IAC that is different from my 93. has any one had this happen before? anyone have any suggestions?

thanks alot guys.

Same here, called yesterday too. Although today it said that the line was busy and I left a voicemail. I had some questions about my AS&M 58mm TB.

I'm trying to figure out if it will work with a 700R4 TV cable, you probably should too.

I'll go look at mine.

You can use the stock IAC housing from your 93s T/B. The real issue would be the TV cable stud on the linkage. I have one on my 97 and the IAC housing was used from my stock T/B. But of course the 97 has no 700 lug on it.

Re: AS&M 58MM on a 93Z??

I spoke with and emailed a picture to AS&M of my 58mm TB. The representative I got ahold of through AIM user name "AZSpeedandMarine". Who thought that would work better than a phone call? Anyways he said that near the top of the plastic plate there is a 1/4 drilled spot that doesnt go all the way thru. He said all I would need to do is drill that thru to fit the TV cable and it should work fine. Hopefully that clears things up with you guys. Good luck.
