LTx just means either LT4 or LT1. that way you dont get confused between LT(long tube headers) and LT(1 or 4) the engines.

It implies the LT family/series of engines. It doesn't matter whether it be 1,4,7, or 8. No different than the LSx series of engines. How long have you been on this forum? With 1500 + posts under your belt, one would figure you have done some reading along with the posting, so this would be understood. Kinda makes a guy wonder whether any of the posting done gets read/noticed by many forum members.

I honestly never paid attention... I thought LTX was some great Head/Cam package offered by one of the aftermarket companies. THe name sounded good enough...

AFR's LT4 195's it is than...
