LT4 Timing chain

I'm stepping up to the GM847 Cam. 234/242 with some lift close to .600.

I already have the lt4 timing chain, will this timing chain be okay. Some guiy mentioned its junk and i should upgrade to cloydes dual chain.

Any advise on this info?

Thanks

Highly recommend a Double roller Cloyes. We had an LT4 chain break after installing the hot-cam.... was expensive. Best bet is
to install the Meziere electric water pump and depending year of car, a new timing chain cover. New valve springs a must also.
hope this helps.......... Chris

A true double roller is best, but some dont want a electric water pump. So the next best option is a LT4 extreme chain.
