lt4 intake

will this bolt up to a stock lt1 and will i notice any gains?

I think you have to have the heads with it (and vis versa). Have to do the intake w/ LT4 heads and LT4 heads with LT4 intake.

Someone correct me if i'm wrong please.

Other then that, yes think it should be a direct bolt up.

Might want to try a "search"..... this question has been beat to death perioically. In a nutshell.... there is an interference between the top of the LT4 intake manifold runners and the LT1 head valve cover rail. One or the other needs to be machined to get the correct fit. Then you will have a net gain of "0", because the "as cast" ports in the LT4 intake are the same as the ports in the LT1 intake, even though the head ports are different. Doesn't make any sense, but that's the way it is.
