hey guys its a 94z28 heads cams the works etc.. Drove home from work this morning perfectly fine, started up very strong this morning leaving work. Got home a about 4 hours later went to start it and all is does is crank. I smell fuel so i know fuel is being sprayed so then i pulled the wire that goes from the coil to the opti and cranked to see if there was any spark? and nothing. put that back and pulled spark plug wire #1 and put a extra spark plug to it and cranked and no spark? I am about to do the opti spark test.

 

Have you checked the under hood 10A fuse #11.

 

Yup I just checked it and it was fine even replaced it with a new one just to be safe and i also just finished checking the ICM harness the shoebox way and Im getting the "trigger" pulses to fire the coil.

 

Also while using the multi meter i realized that on the ICM harness, pin C was at 0 OHMs with the key on and for the Opti spark pin D was also at 0 OHMS with the key on?

 

ignore that last post the meter im using isnt digital and having trouble adjusting the OMHS as soon as i get a digital one ill post the readings but still any ideas??
