Do you have spark at the plugs? Can you hear the fuel pump running when you first turn on the ignition?

no, it doesn't click on... i pressure checked the fuel line and ZERO... placed the pump relay... still nothing. so i'm prob gonna have to hot wire the pump as my last resort... maybe also take a multimeter and check the power box part that the power wire from pump plugs into on the chassis to see if power is getting to pump also... then try to trace that. i hate electrical problems.. i have no patience for it!!! lol

There is a fuel pump prime connector. I believe it's grey and on the drivers side. jump 12V to it and the pump should come on. If it does then check the FP relay. If it doesn't, check the wiring to the FP and the FP itself.
As for the opti, take out a sparkplug and connect the plug wire and set the threads on a ground (block) .. (don't hold onto it when doing it) .. crank, within a split second you will see spark.. if you do, not your issue, (I'm guessing you will have spark)

.. If you do get the FP working, and car has sat for 3yrs.. skunky gas? . might be your next hurdle..

Good luck.
