lt1 wiring

im goin to do a stand alone unit from a guy at www.lt1wiring.net has anyone ever used this guy before or gone as a standalone harness with a stock pcm as thats my real only option now because previous owner did a hack job on wiring and electrical and me dont get along so well he said hed take my old b body harness and make it standalone and extend my wiring so i can mount my comp in the right spot not behind headlights and reprogram my cmp for my mods for bout 300 that sound right

I looked at them for my LT4 swap in my 69 camaro. I needed up going with current performance wiring. I caught current performance doing their move. I couldn't load a calibration and found they didn't populate one of the power wires in the harness. Current Performance does have good customer service. Besides that it's a nice harness with fuse/relay box.

You might check with Painless wiring. I know they have been real good to deal with on other projects I've done, but they are also based near me. I have not used any of their LT1 stuff, but here's link, they make both the "extra length" for remote PCM mounting and Standard replacement length harnesses.
