LT1 w/ 120K SHOULD I DO A CAM

I have heard stories of people putting cams in and then the bearings spin after a month. What should I do. If I should change them, what can I do to prevent this.

freshen the motor up,its to your benifit to do so.....
a new set of federal mogul performance bearings,new oil pump,definately a timing chain and some gaskets.....
