Your oil preassure was to high the people or person that built your engine is at fault its common sense, bearings after a rebuild I would be pissed off. And you were not even thru breaking the engine in.... 
Ya don't need 50-60psi unless ya are running .025-.030 clearances on the brgs. 25-30 at idle and 40-45 at cruise
