Your mods list is not compatible. You indicate heads and cam, but no tune. The JET module is sort of worthless on a stock engine, and can't compensate for a modification as significant as heads and cam. Also don't see anything in the way of headers or larger injectors. 2-3/4" is the stock intermediate pipe size. Even a stock engine benefits from a 3" catback. Descreening the MAF sensor is storngly discouraged. Not sure why you have your fans running full time. A 160* stat and reprgrammed fan temps will provide better results.
How does it run?
Even a stock LT1 with a 100-shot should have no problem with an LS1 with a lid and exhaust.

Re: Lt1 slight mod question
I was told all kinds of things by the previous owner. Only the things that I could see were true. What do you have for proof and what are you 100% sure you have? If the motor has all the things you guess it has, you really want to get the thing tuned. I put headers on mine and added a cutout right after the high flow aftermarket cat. Do you have any times or dyno numbers as to how fast the car is now? I was told the car had a different more aggressive cam, but the car was totally stock internal after checking further.
