Thanks

I got some off of ebay for I think $100. They are very nice.

You can sort of see them in the engine picture on my cardomain page:

I got the racenet ones, and they're slick. But they didnt have the screw in caps so I got the push in ones. It also took a while for them to get here, but they were worth it. Good looks, good fitment and some extra rocker clearance...you can't go wrong.

There's also another thread on this around here somewhere...

I'm interested in the racenet covers as well. However, I've heard that there customer service is not that great, and that products take for ever to arrive. Anybody got any pics of the racenet valve covers? Will they clear the comp pro-mag 1.6's without modification? Thanks!

I got the ones for my motor at summit racing. I paid $15 a piece for them. They were out on the dump rack one time. No pics of them right now but they are just like the stock valve cover except for the fact they are polished.

I have the same brand as the LPE covers, but I got mine from MORE Performance in Charlotte, NC. Instead of the LPE logo, there is a MORE logo. They are well made covers and gorgeous when polished. They are slightly taller than oem. I believe MORE sells them for the same price as LPE. I've had mine for about 5 years.

Anyone else bought a set of the new GM Performance center bolt aluminum covers yet? The one's with the red bowtie, and Chevrolet script. I've got a set that are going on in the next few weeks. Hopefully, they'll fit without modifying them. Do '93's have more alt. clearance because of the lower Amp (smaller) alt.? Frank

I've just got my www.paceperformance.com catalog the other day, and it's packed with goodies. I couldn't believe the nice selection of centerbolt valvew covers for 87 and later small blocks.
Check it out...

On the top of the page where it says enter part number or keyword, type this part numbers in of the valve covers I believe are the nicest ones..

Would these covers fit without modification? I have seen them on two lt1's before but don't know if they are a direct fit.
