LT1 not starting

I can't get this thing started and have no dtc codes.
I took a pic is VATS on? And I can't figure out why the IAC is almost maxed out with the car not running.
It's also spitting out the intake

Re: LT1 not starting

Are you getting spark at the plugs? Is the “spitting” from sparked backfire, or just popping from compression? Have you checked the fuel pressure? VATS is OK because you have the fuel enable signal reaching the PCM. When was the last time you cleared the PCM/codes, if at all?

Appears the first scan is before trying to crank it, and the second is after? In the first you have an injector pulse width. In the second there is none. The injector fault would be a concern. Key on, do you have 12 volts on the pink wire in each injector connector?

Not unusual to see the IAC parked with a large opening. As soon as the engine starts the PCM will close it down as required to maintain the target idle speed.

Re: LT1 not starting

Yes all plugs are getting spark, the fp is around 42 psi, I will have to check the injectors and see if I'm getting 12v.
I cleared the PCM codes after I posted this.
