The LS1 injectors will interchange with the LT1 injectors, and they are both rated 24 #/HR at 43.5psi (LT1 system) and 28 #/HR at 58psi (LS1 system). But the fuel systems are totally different. In addition to the operating pressures noted above, the LT1 has a recirculated, vacuum compensated system. The LS has a dead-ended system, with no vacuum compensation.

The LS1 engine, while called a "Gen 3 SBC" has very little in common with the LT1, other than both being made by GM and both having the same bore center spacing. Other than that, some incidental minor parts interchangeability is all you can do. Totally different firing order, intake port spacing, exhaust port spacing, etc, etc, etc.

The heads on the LS1 won't allow the LT1 parts to bolt up. The manifolds and intake need to be from an LS series engine.
