Marginally dirty/leaking injector, bad valve, faulty plug or plug wire.
The reason I stated you probably couldn't hear it is because it was suggested I take a video and I am not sure it will be noticeable enough but I am going to try anyways.

When I bought it it didn't concern me as I previously owned a 2002 SS and it did have a bit of a rough idle which I believe was due to the factory cam. So I assumed the LT1 had one too. The car runs perfect, doesn't stumble, pulls hard with no missing so it didn't raise flags. When I am sitting still such as at a red light is when I notice it.

I appreciate the pointers from everyone and it is a good base for me to start. Once this tank of gas is nearly gone I am going to start with injector cleaner and go from there.

Hey, I know this post is really old but this is a very similar problem to the weird misfire at idle that I have with my LT1. Were you ever able to figure out the problem?

“deebee” hasn’t signed into this site in 4-1/2 years.

Might want to start a new thread, including specifics of your car - year, trans, miles, any significant engine mods. Not all years of the LT1 are identical.
