yeah im not sure about the interior...its pry similar to when you put a lsx motor in a 96 but just reversed...luckily i will have both cars so if i have to i can just pull everything out of the 96 and put it into the 2000...it doesnt sound like the hardest thing especially having both cars at my disposal
well its gunna be mostly a strip car...no ac or heat or any of that stuff...pry keep the radio and your normal turn signals, gauges and stuff like that...but no cruise, traction control, abs or any of that stuff...hopefully it wont be too hard
I'm not sure if your gauges will have issues. The project is not impossible, but you may be better off trying to find a used LT1 car or a roller 93-97 Z28 chassis. You'll need springs, k-member, etc, etc.
Have a look at this....

so basically the dash change would most likely be the gauges...so the main pain is the wiring...which i assume having both cars splicing the 2 together would take most of the time...i wish i could find a 93-96 roller but i seem to only find 98+
