lt-1 flywheel question

lt-1 flywheel question

If the flywheel is supposed to balance the back of an LT-1 engine, what happens when you cut it? Isnt that going to throw you off balance?

I am doing a new motor, i may as well do a new clutch,PP,TO bearing, and resurface the flywheel, while i have it all out of the car!

Resurfacing takes a very small amount of material off the surface evenly, therefore it won't affect the balance.
