Well I was talking to the guy Im buying my headers from and he said that they were long tubes for a LS1. He said that they will bolt right up to a LT1 I had never heard this but then again I havent heard a lot of things. So will they bolt up easily or will a little worke need to be done or will they not go on at all????

they will not fit worth a crap. the headers tubes are in completely different spots. LT1s are basic small block design with 2 tubes in the center right next to each other, because of the exhaust/intake setup. LS1s are all individual tubes spaced apart evenly. thats just bolting to the block, i dont know how they would fit with the subframe/firewall and whatnot. totally will not work at all.

 

I think that guy is trying to rip u off.

The headers differ greatly between the two starting with the actual port shape.
