Can you be a bit more specific. Perhaps you ordered the 93 version if its too long on the top side. Mine went in with no problems and I love it.

If you have a TA i believe you have to relocate something thats in the way. I remember reading about it back when i was installing my old CAI.

the super tube doesn't fit in in the bay, it's like it's too long. The tube when connected to the MAF sensor, won't rest properly from there to the air filter area. It's like the tube is too long...the bung for the little rubber hose on the back of the tube doesn't match up at all. It hits some kind of module under the hood...

that is the headlight popup module.
you have to relocate it.
Did you buy it new or used?
If you have the directions, they are pretty decent.

I have one on my 96 z and one on my 95 t/a. The tube doesn't fit perfect but I made it work. Just work with it

he is right on this. you have to relocate the headlight mod. i just pulled mine off and left it sit close to where it was. I believe LPE includes a velcrow peice to "stick" it on the fender well or some where close. i think it is a bit pricy but it is a nice CAI.
