Lowering fuel pressure

Is there anyway to cheaply lower the fuel pressure? I know with an AFPR it will temporarily. Once the PCM notices the BLM's higher than 128 it will add fuel, so this makes the AFPR kinda useless. So without touching the PCM can it be done, or do you have to modify the PE vs. RPM tables to actually get lower pressure?

Thanks.

The PCM can't change fuel pressure. It can change the pulse width to the injectors. The fuel pump is either on or off and the FPR is governed by vacuum. Tru, if the PCM sees a lean condition, it can change the pulse width to bring it back to stoicky. What are you trying to accomplish? Do you think you're running rich? Unless your fuel pressure is unusually high, its not cause of pressure.

Same question: what are you trying to accomplish?

I am trying to find a way to lower my preasure and not have the pcm make any adjustments to keep the fuel settings stock. According to my Air/Fuel gauge i am running kinda rich. I beleive my 85MM MAF caused this problem but I don't still have my stocker so I can't tell. Would a MAF Translator work??
