Low Voltage problem 97 Camaro LT1

Angry Low Voltage problem 97 Camaro LT1

Like the title says I have been fighting this for a few weeks now I have checked the alt. checked all my grounds and cleaned that I could find even added a ground and still have a LOW VOLTAGE problem what else can it be

At idle it will hold 14 volts but when put in gear it drops to 11 volts it also has an under drive pulley on it also when it's first started the volts climb really slow

The alt won't charge much under a certain RPM. The pulley may be spinning the alt too slow.

How do I get the lights off now that I have my voltage back they are the low oil,check gages, and abs inop lights
