Hello, my mechanic scanned my car recently. Now, the top answer on the board for a low RPM miss seems to be possible plug wire burnt or the other situations. It's a 95, so my ? is wouldn't that throw a code to check something ignition?

 

No, you aren't going to get a trouble code for that on a 95. 96+ added the crank sensor to detect misfires.
