low oil pressure after redoing head gasket's

just got done replacing the head gasket's(coolant was leaking OUT the back of the head),and the car ran fine for a day than no power and low oil pressure!there is some very very small metal shaving's in the oil:eek: !!!everything is stock inside the motor except for some ARP head bolt's.the only thing that i was unsure about was setting the vavle lash,i reset it four time's and only put a half of a turn after zero lash(the book said 1 turn).the head's were check for crack's and pressure tested than resurfaced, and they replaced the vavle seal's.what could have gone wrong?

thank's

If you had a blown head gasket, you probably got coolant contamination in the oil. If you have metal particles in the oil, your bearings are probably gone. :(
