Lots of "smoke".

I know I've heard it's "normal" for the LT1's to huff out the black, carbon on acceleration but I feel like mine is over-doing it. Maybe like it's dumping too much gas. Also the other day it kind of sputtered. I have a brand new GM opti, new ac delco plugs, new wires and coil. I got the coil and plug wires from Advance. Any ideas of what it could be? Thanks!

Could be some excessive carbon build-up.....try some SeaFoam.......do a search for the write-up on how to use it. It'll help if it solves this or not.

Do that at every oil change. Could it be a sensor?
