Angry lost oil pressure!

Lost Oil pressure near the top of first gear last night. It was only for a second or so, But its pissing me of how that could happen. Oil system is stock at the moment, Oil was full it was at about 5000RPMs. sound like a sending unit problem or an actuall problem? My oil pressure after warmup is usually about 25 PSI.
I dont think this would make a difference but I was unable to put the windage tray on with the ARP mainstuds. Any ideas?

Are you running a HV oil pump? A high volume pump with stock pan could have possibly been sucked dry at high RPM. Also, you could have experienced g loads pushing the oil away from the pickup, or oil pump cavitation. As you can see, it could be a couple things...

Stock oil Pump. That is why I didnt go with the high volume. There was no Lateral Gs when it happend. The car plants you in your seat for sure, but I dont think it can uncover the pickup in a full pan. How do I go about troubleshooting this one? Im thinking of Removing the Oil cooler, dozens of people say this increased their oil pressure.
