loss of power

i was on the freeway today and i was going about 80 and the car just stop pulling like it used to. it felt like a cylinder or two just stopped working. it might just need a tune up. i dont know

its an a4 with 90,000 and about 330 hp.

Any lights come on, any other sysptoms?

If not I would do the tune up with new plugs and wires.

for about a week its been getting harder and harder to start even after ive been driving it

Could be the opti spark, but I would replace the plug and wires first, a new coil woudn't help either.
