losing fan relay fuse when starting

Nothing much more than that. Everytime I start the car it pops the fan control fuse out. Anyone had this problem before?

the car is basically stock, it's a 97 z28.

Is it the A/P-Fan fuse? Unplug your AIR pump electrical connector and see if it still blows.
