Hey guys, two days ago I saw a post on how to turn your stock exhaust in to a loudmouth, it was called something like a poor man's loudmouth. I can't find it can anyone help me or know where it was at. It mentioned something like taking the muffler out and installing a pipe to fill in the muffler.
Any help please.

 

Well that would make for a NASTY loud sound since it would be straight pipes except for the cats. I would recommend installing a cutout so you could "open it up" whenever you feel like it.

 

hey... i don't have a muffler and i like the way it sounds. the guy that had the car before did a hillbilly type job where he just took a pipe straight back on the passengers side and tapped into and welded a pipe that bends and comes out the drivers side. looks good from outside the car and not bad from underneath. check my website to see if i have any pics. http://camaroz28.cardomain.com/id/fought70
