Long tube's or TC

Long tube's or TC

My friend and i are having a debate,if he should go with long tubes or a torque converter,his car is a 96 z28,borla catback,pulley,cai,342 gears.I say LT's,what do you guy's think?

If he does mostly drag racing, probably the tc. Mostly daily driver, headers... But both are obviously great mods to do, can't go wrong with either.

I have to agree here, though a 2800 stall is awesome even in a daily driver, besides either is a necessary step towards bigger mods later on so he needs both eventually anyway right.

I'd say headers for now. The TC can come later... with some 3.73s or 4.10s added to the TC for the full launch effect if he's gonna go racing.
