Little help with my Jet-Hot LT's please...

The rearmost header bolt on the passanger side of my Camaro keeps coming loose.... like once a week or so. I ground down the sides of a 7/16" wrench and have a couple allen keys to help try and it. I can't seem to get more than about 10-15lbs of torque on the bolt. It seems like no wrench or allen key I have can quite get the clearance between the Stage 8 bolts I'm using and the primary tube on the header. Since I have to put the car on a lift and remove the starter every time I adjust this bolt...it's getting a bit old. All the other bolts have around 30lbs of torque n them and are doing fine.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Would a crows foot help my cause? I'm open to suggestions, besides removing the header to dent the primary tube for more clearance.

I went an easier route than removing the starter every time to adjust it. I just cut a 7/16 wrench in half and then it will fit in between the firewall and the header tube. You can then tighten it from the top and get it as tight as the rest of the bolts.

You could buy a stubby wrench. I got a stubby open ended 3/8 for my ARP bolts.

I just let the bastard fall out, no leaks either!

I got tired of dealing with it.

If I recall, the best way to get at it is from the bottom with the starter out.Use an allen wrench with a small pipe to get more leverage.
