The MT street radials should be more than enough, if your suspension is half way decent. Best of both worlds, great on the street and track. Then again, I try not to drive my car in the rain.
And yes, I've heard that quote before. Just like the, come on down and race one. How about you come north, and I'll put you up for a few days and we'll hit the track for a little test and tune?

I fully understand just how well they perform, but you're missing the point. Please re-read. For the rest there really is no need to go through all this call out mess again, right mr. z-rated? I thought not.

Sounds very nice, but with nothing to see, how do we really know it's your car?

Just playin' man. It sounds quite the opposite of a turd.

Yeah, something about a solid roller, it just sounds better. Kinda like a motor with more compression does, or preferably, both.

Yes that's what I said and it's not coined by me so use away. I'm not really interested in the MT's because the wear rating is horrible and they're bloody expensive. The Nittos do just fine for my needs. Once I go to the track then I'll use the ET Streets and if that's not enough I'll go for something more aggressive.
Just a heads up foo.. when you wear out those ET Streets just replace 'em with the M/T Radials anyway... I find them to be superior after using both.

Drag radials and a 6-speed don't mix for launches. He needs a soft sidewall. And the radials are heavier than e.t. streets and slicks.

Tough love. Deal with it.

I can't. Even though the engine is done it still isn't track worthy and I've just plain run out of play money.

Thank you kindly. I can post newdz posing on it if you wish?

Javier,
Yeah I've considered it. We'll see how my track outings go...

You need a soft sidewall to absorb the intial shock of the launch. But since you aren't making any kind of power I guess that isn't an issue for you.

I ran Nittos on the street with my 422 rwhp LE2 383 with an Auto tranny. Its all in how your suspension is set up. Before I did any really serious suspension mods I would spin the tires half way down the block.

After the torque arm, LCA relocation brackets, QA1 shocks, etc. I would do 1.6x 60 foots all day long.
