lingenfelter 58 mm TB adjustment questions..
i have a 58 mm lingenfelter tb...
2 questions i need help with:
1) how exactly do i adjust the TPS?
2) how do i determine how much i should manually "crack" the throttle blades open ?

Adjust the blade stop screw slowly to achieve the correct correct idle speed, making sure the IAC count is in the range of 20-40. Then check the TPS voltage. The stock PCM will accept any closed throttle TPS reading between 0.20-0.90V, and baseline that as 0% throttle position. Some people seem to feel they get better results with the TPS voltage in the range of 0.50-0.65V, so you can try slotting the holes in the TPS sensor to allow it to be rotated slightly.
