All I had from Lloyd Elliott were flow #'s:

.2 135/101
.3 188/136
.4 238/165
.5 265/184
.6 273/190

Advanced Induction "Econport" Heads. Phil does not have "stages" but if he did, this would be a stage 1

LIFT INT EXH
.100 - 66
.200 140 101
.300 196 136
.400 232 175
.500 254 188
.550 255 192
.600 255 194

405rwhp, 365rwtq with GM847 cam and nearly every bolton on the stock bottom end with 72000miles.

12.19 @ 116.64mph. Highest mph ever was 117.72mph. The car can run 11s but until I get rid of my stock 10-bolt I have to go easy on the launch. Details are in my sig.

I think the (excellent) quality of both porters has been well documented on this site, so I really don't see the point of this thread. There are just too many other variables to consider. I don't have my AI flowsheet w/ me at work, but they peaked at 292/200 at .600. Dyno #s are in the sign.

What are you low/mid #s and other mods? Just curious as you have AI heads also and 40cfm more on the intake at peak than Grease yet made less power

Just incase no one noticed its an LT4 so he can get some more flow out of the heads. He just might not have as many supporting mods as Grease does.

Yeah of course you can see increased flow #'s through ported LT4 heads as compared to LT1's, but fully porting LT4 heads is pretty pointless unless you have bigger displacement...

I don't have any numbers on my car yet, but all the cars with phils heads always produce great numbers. I would say go with phil, he won't disappoint.

different cams, different tuning, different mods.

not really a comparison.

I disagree with this unless you are refering to heads that have been ported to an overly excessive size intake runner.

When one has ported lt1 castings with lower flow #s than lt4s with higher #s and makes more power than the lt4s, id like to hear about both setups.
Mods nor cams are listed, that is why i asked as i am curious to their setups. Sorry for asking

I was assuming a raised runner was applicable...

Phils heads and cam.

412 and 358, 11.41 @ 119.5, big huge miss 500 RPM before cam peaks. Will be right around 425-430 to the wheels when right. Also will be very very close to running 10's on motor, the 11.41 was the first time it went down the track.
