Left o2 lean (code 44)

The afr is good, actually a bit rich....had a code popup at ide for a few minutes.....left o2 lean, what could this be? Do MAF tables need to be adjusted when replcing tb with 58mm over a 48mm?

Re: Left o2 lean (code 44)

The left bank BLM's have maxed out and the PCM still can't cure what it thinks is a "lean" condition. You need to find the source... usual suspects - header leaks, misfires. Check the BLM's on both the left and right banks. If both of them are at or nearing 160, you need to check the injector constant in your program, low fuel pressure, etc.

But since you feel the A/F ratio is actually rich, its likely a "false" lean condition, pointing to the header leaks, misfires or a faulty O2 sensor or wiring.
