Re: LE3 lifter question

I was advised against using stock replacement... as I would shatter them. I used Morel drop in style lifters.

Re: LE3 lifter question

thanks for the quick reply, where did you buy them from? I didnt think about this until today when i went to put stock ones in the car. Is anyone running stock lifters with a le3 package?

I bought them from Victory Racing. They are expensive as ****... but for the sleep I gained at night on them... it was worth it.

Re: LE3 lifter question

Your stock ones will be fine if they are checked and in good shape. The way ya bust them is not enough spring pressure,

Re: LE3 lifter question

Are they some LE3 heads that are already done and you are buying from someone else, some that I did for you or some that you are needing me to do?

I use the 26918 beehives for customers with stock or replacement lifters.

Customers using R lifters or Morel lifters can get the 26120 beehives for the same price.

I have also used some of the PSI springs (160 lbs on seat and 420 lbs open) for customers needing something like that. This set up will cost more and is not used very often since you need Morel lifters, GOOD pushrods, rockers, etc.
