Outstanding #s....A lot of people claim its easy, but anything over 400rwhp with an A4 is damn impressive

Anytime you can get an auto over 400 SAE your doing something...

Was that SAE, STD or uncorrected?

I'm very pleased with my Lloyd Elliott ported heads......

AWESOME!!

Lloyd, I though you said something a while back about LT1 castings not being right for a 383. Imagine if they were TFS or AFR's!!

Awesome nuimbers man!

Re: Le2 Dyno Results

My heads are always improving and I have found some real improvements over the last 2-3 months.

The big broblem with the LT1 casting is that you are gonna make peak HP by about 6000 RPM even if you have a cam that can supprt more RPM. The TFS, AFR, LT4 heads cane be opened up a lil larger in certain areas and allow the #'s to climb to 6700-6800 RPM.

You are right though, this set up with some of these other heads would probably make another 15 HP or so.

Freakin' insane!

LT1's have came a long way over the past few years. I attribute this to the cam grinders and head porters.

Lloyd and Bret, your setups continue to amaze me more and more everyday

How reliable are custom/re-grind cams? no less reliable than comp cams or GM cams?

Wow amazing numbers, I can't wait to see what my 383 puts down especially on the juice. Good work Lloyd. I can't wait to get mine all together. By the way the valves still haven't came in so hopefully this weekend sometime..

Great numbers! Where was the tuning done? makes me happy that I currently have a set of TFS heads with Lloyd and an intake for conversion with Bret Performance plus free advice and excellent customer service. Good combo!
