1badz28- sweet times bro! looks like a little more suspension/launch technique might sneek you into the 11's. like was mentioned before flash the converter off idle and if you can cut a 1.6 60ft you could dip into the 11's. my minor bolt on car with no suspension cut low 1.7 60ft's so your car should have a little more in it to cut a better time. again great times for the shakedown, good luck.

Most of those... my car sucks threads were because people were having issues with actual setups.

the LE setups aren't bad its just that these setups do require a lot of tuning, and most mail-orders fall a little short. But like was said, guys like Brian, Alvin, Ion, and Ed ... are starting to get the mail orders spot on. also us DIY's sometimes forget how important things like valve adjustments, and not to mention the cars are showing their age, connectors and sensors are prone to going bad after 10+ years already. im sure back when guys started running big cams like the cc306 and gm847 had a lot of tuning problems before guys mentioned aboved stepped it up in the tuning dept.

Yea well , the tuning was done at Henderson Performance, by New Braunfels.. And big 2 Loyd and his setups.

It's not the tuning that's holding the LE cars back. It's all the little bugs that people don't realize they have. Too many people get anxious with their new setups and run and get a dyno tune or this or that, only to later find out the car wasn't right in the first place. Your times are OK. I was running that fast with a hotcam. I think some fine tuning and you can have the car running faster.

What does the LE 1.5 consist of? The times seem ok but the mph seems a little low. What were the weather conditions like and what is the altitude of the track you ran those times?
