last header bolt

last header bolt on the passenger side wont go in! all the others are tightened down nice and tight but i just cant the last one to go in? This is during a jet hot install

Loosen all the other header bolts, then try to get it in...

Start to thread all the bolts at once and then tighten and torque them.
