KR at idle...

The car finally feels like it is running well, except for a slight surge at WOT and upper RPMs. I decided to get out and do some logging today, the car ran fine aside from the above. Once I got home and did some looking at my log file, I noticed that I had some KR at idle, up to 3 degrees actually. There were no audible problems with the engine.

Re: KR at idle...

False knock from RR noise or header noise.Do a search and put the inline resistor in the KR wire.

no header leaks, stock rockers. Headers aren't hitting the frame or anything either. I think it's valvetrain noise, but I'm not 100% on it. I hear at idle what sounds to me like it's valves or rockers.

Header's do not have to have an external leak. It's the noise and vibes they make that the sensor is not tuned for that is being picked up.

Can't believe that I didn't mention it before, but I do have the LT4KM too.

This is a new problem for the car though. I've had KR issues for a long time, but never any at idle that I'd logged until yesterday.
