Knock Sensor Code. Help Me!!!!!!!

Alright, here's the scoop. I was bleeding my cooling system today, because one of my head gaskets is leaking internally, and the car needs to last until spring break. Anyways, I wash off the engine compartment with a hose, start the car, and the SES light comes on and then goes off. It keeps doing this every minute or so. I hook up the Tech 2, and it shows a KS circuit malfunction. Since the car has 113,000 mi on it I figure a new sensor will cure it. Put a new one in, and it does the exact same thing. Scan tool shows the KS circuit jumping from OK to OPEN for a split second every now and then, and then the SES light and fans come on. WTF???? I'm ready to throw a grenade under this POS car.

So anyways, any suggestions. Did water possibly get in the ECM and screw with the Knock Module, or am I missing something here. Please help!

So you are getting a code 43? Probably something wet. You should have 5v on the wire to the sensor and the sensor resistance should be 3300-4500 ohms.
