On my last logged run i got up to 10.3 deg of Knock Retard and this was at 1650 rpm's . Im guessing its the exhaust and my poly tranys mount maybe causing vibrations. My question is should i just program it out? any other ideas? I tune my own car and increased spark advance from 90kpa to 100 (wot) so obviously this is not the problem. Im baffled.

You first need to prove to yourself that it's false knock before you program it out. Run 100 octane gas and see if the knock goes away; if it does, you've got true knock and need to determine why it's knocking. If the knock persists even with the race gas, it is then likely it's false knock caused by vibrations.
