My keyless entry just stoped working any ideas besides the batteries in the remote? It is a factory keyless entry.

 

I have to take mine apart and clean the contact pads and board with Alchohol every once in awhile....maybe that'll help.

 

alcohol doesn't screw with electronics?

 

Mine is just acting stupid. First the drivers door wouldn't lock, no big deal. Then it stopped unlocking and the key won't work either but the inside does. Every once in a while, the trunk won't pop but the lights will come on.
