I've had mine on for about 2 years, no winter driving what so ever, once in a while in the rain. Mine have surface rust on them and I was upset, but nothing like that. Hope you get it worked out.

 

Yeah, this isn't anything new. Just take care of them as best as you can.

 

I have pretty much given up on ceramic coatings. I have uncoated pacesetters temp until i feel like dishing out the money for some kooks.

 

My jet-hots look like they did when I got them, except for where i've bottomed out in two places and scraped the coating off. Some people seem to have better luck then others

 

Same thing happend w/ my headers. Next time i will try Paul Berry coating. I knew someone w/ their caoting and they lasted 4 years untill he sold them.

My Jet-Hot coated Pacesetters don't have a spec of rust after over 1 year. But then again, I live in paradise

 

Mine are rust free, also. But the only moisture they see is from the garage floor.

Wow thats horrible. I bought my headers used for 2 years, they had a few tiny rust spots on the collectors but thats it. You can see the pics in my info. I don't think it's really Jet hot's fault. They are willing to recoat them at no cost too. That's very good service IMO. If their produvt fails they are willing to fix it for you. If i recall they only warranty them for a year anyway and yet they are willing to recaot them after 2 for you.

I dont know whats worse, having to deal with emissions laws in california, or having to deal with road salt eating your car alive on the east coast.
