I installed my jet hots a few weeks ago with out any major problems.
Everything was good for a few days but tuesday when I started the car there was an exhaust rub.
I found that the passenger side header is rubbing the k member.
I tried to make a bracket that would pull up on the y pipe to give me a about a total of a 1/4 inch of clearance but now the noise is even worse.
Is there any way I can keep these headers from rubbing the k member with out a bracket (I think the bracket is causeing my vibration).

you may have to grind the k member down. Mine are very close to the k member also. I put in some poly mounts, so they keep everything from moving to much. check the motor mount and make sure it is still good. Mine were wore out pretty bad after 70K miles

I'm having a hell of a time finding a mount locally.
I would order it but I need the thing pronto.
Where did you get your mount from?

I'll try grinding the k member down but there isn't a whole lot of room to work in there.
