I would offer him $5000 and see if he takes it. But overall seems like a decent deal.

 

He seems to be honest enough to include all the little imperfections and flaws of the vehicle--most people tend to "forget" to include that information. Seems like a fairly good deal assuming you can get it for around $5K like IDOXLR8 stated.
