Sounds like you have two issues here.

1) Overheating - more than likely caused by them not bleeding the air out of the system. No big deal as long as you didn't let it get in the red and stay there. Easy fix - bleed the system.

2) Rough Idling - more than likely as stated above, water in the opti. With any kind of luck, it may have dried out. Otherwise, your looking at a new opti. Good luck getting them to own up to it and paying for it.

Sprayed mine off once and it set for a WEEK AND A HALF before it would start back up!!

My experience has always been good with water or maybe lucky. I hydro locked my 96 z28 and once it started to turn over again it started with some cranking but fairly good considering the circumstances. The only thing my car doesnt like is an automatic car wash with my k&n cold air intake. Makes it run like **** for a few minutes. But I will probably have some opti problems waiting to bite my a$$ for the water incidents.
