OH SURE!!! If I didn't have "bad luck" I wouldn't have any at all. Here I figured I would have one of only a very few 400+ci. LT1's, and They have to go and produce this thing.

Don't be sad. Until we actually SEE a finished product then I'll believe it.

you still gotta bring your a-game, even with more displacement. My LS7 makes 499rwhp with nothing more than a tune, cai, and full exhaust.

That's sweet, isn't it. My old Vette (69 Roadster) had a L-88 in it with the next size up factory cam (ZR1?) before I sold it. No rwhp #s from back then, but with a single plain (tri-power was a pain), 850 carb, and longtubes, it was no joke either. After giving the new buyer a ride he almost didn't buy it. He was white as a ghost and said, I don't know, I might kill myself in this thing. LOL
I'd like to build another 427, for old times sake. The problem would be the cash required for the proper top end though. I could see that getting pretty pricey.

this is true, however many of the dyno sheets ive seen show a favorable torque curve on the LT1s part, and im sure a stroker this big will be no different!

cant wait to see some numbers with this block and i hope they keep it in production long enough to get my hands on one... no way i can afford it now when im in school.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but has anybody heard anything else about these? I can't find anything on their website.
